hello, I am seeking any advice on how to get into the film industry specifically how to get a permanent job within it. back in 2025 I had graduated with a bachelors degree in film and tv and for the past year I have been looking for jobs to earn money and recently now that I have one I am looking to find my way into the film industry and honestly it has been discouraging to say the least. I am writing this post to seek any guidance because so far I cannot do an apprenticeship with the BBC as I have a degree. most job opportunities are free-lance and on a fixed contract. if you read up to this point my main goal is to get a permanent job in the film industry and help would be greatly appreciated and thank you
