Hi everyone! I’m new here so thought I’d introduce myself.

My name is Ben. I’m a University of Stirling film & Tv and Journalism student who will be graduating in June 2026.

Since Day 1 of uni, I have been involved with Brig Newspaper, working my way up to Film & TV editor for my last academic year. Throughout my time, I have gained valuable experience in InDesign & WordPress and editing for print.

In addition, I have been Head of Features for AirTV Stirling over the last two academic years where I have learned valuable skills in content development and factual filmmaking.

I’m currently looking for entry-level roles and work experience in Production, such as Production Assistant, Runner, Camera Assistant or researcher roles. I’m also really interested in keeping my writing going and I am especially passionate about culture pieces so I’d be interested in presenter or writing roles.

I am currently based in the West of Scotland, with easy access to Glasgow, Paisley and Stirling.
