Thanks to Moonmax, Hailuo AI (MiniMax), Raindance Film Festival, and AI LIVE, for an amazing event tonight on creative GenAI video (The AI Commercial Meetup) at the Century private members club in London.
They kicked off with a fascinating fireside chat on “AI Advertising: Considerations and Opportunities” featuring:
* Tim Flagg (CEO and Co-Founder of UKAI)
* Kelsey Farish (leading lawyer advising on AI in the screen and audiovisual sectors)
This was followed by a brilliant masterclass in AI video creation from Ikenna Mokwe.
He has over 15 years’ experience directing branded content for clients including Samsung, Levi’s, Mr Porter, and Johnnie Walker. Ikenna generously shared the workflows behind his award winning projects… including the Bionic Film Festival winner “The Late 1900s.”
As ever, it all comes down to the idea and the skill to bring it to life.
It was a highly engaging evening with a great crowd.
A generous free bar certainly helped fuel some excellent conversations about AI video and the future of the creative industry.
All in all, a fantastic night.
