The networking event last evening was a fantastic way to connect with people across the industry. Huge thanks to Team TM for organising such a thoughtful and well structured evening.

I went in hoping to get a sense of how 2026 is shaping up, what’s working, what’s not, and where things might be headed. I came away with some genuinely valuable insights, especially through conversations with fellow editors and edit producers.

The Fluid Zone and 1:1s were particularly great for meeting new people and getting conversations started. Everyone was incredibly open and friendly, which made it easy to connect. I’m looking forward to continuing a few chats, especially with those where our calls ended a little too abruptly!

And to everyone currently looking for work, wishing you a 2026 that’s busy, exciting, and full of opportunities ahead.
