Hi, I’m Louise 👋🏼 Talent Manager newbie and excited to be here.
I’m a BBC production apprentice working across radio and TV, creating and producing content while building experience in live output, development and presenting.
I came into the industry as a career changer in my 30s after a decade running my own interiors business, with work featured in titles including Elle Decoration, Vogue and SheerLuxe. That experience shaped how I work now - commercially aware, audience-led and confident backing ideas that cut through.
Alongside radio, I have worked in TV as an Art Department Assistant with @EdwardRobinson on Interior Design Masters with Alan Carr (Series 7, DSP), gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced broadcast environment.
I’m particularly interested in documentaries, podcasts and investigative storytelling, as well as researcher roles developing strong, contributor-led ideas. As my apprenticeship finishes in October 2026, I’m already thinking about what’s next.
