Wrapping up the year feeling pretty grateful for the last six months, which have been incredibly jam-packed with some of the best projects I’ve ever worked on
🎥

This year threw a lot of variety my way — different formats and genres, different worlds, different pressures. I worked on my first blue light show and my first medical documentary, both projects that were emotionally heavy and genuinely challenging. Definitely a year of stepping outside my comfort zone and learning fast. I can’t wait to see these shows hit the air next year 🎬

As ever, it’s mainly the people met along the way that made it truly special: the talent and contributors who are endlessly funny, moving, fascinating and mind-opening, and especially the crews and colleagues you share long hours and insane situations with (name one other line of work where you’d receive a text saying “they’re about to take the stomach out, then we can take a break” 😅).

Alongside documentary work, I’ve also been developing a scripted series with Fred Baillif. It’s been hugely exciting to see it take shape, and a whole new learning curve. Very happy with where it’s heading and looking forward to pushing it to the next stage.

Now it’s almost time to switch off, spend a few weeks travelling, and reset before jumping back in. 2026 is already quietly gearing up to be an exciting one 🚀

Thanks to everyone I worked with this year.
