Diversity & Inclusion Actions need to continue!
@ScreenSkills is promoting a series of training for HOD on high-end TV shows to effectively promote and hire people from underrepresented background and neurodivergents. It is essential that onboarding systems nail democratic chances of employment to the the majority of British population, not because it is good on paper and statistics but because it is the only way we improve as a fair society.
We at Film Locos have been doing a humble and consistent work throughout 2025 to empower British Latin Americans. Our last networking event was completely sold out and we had to let many people out last minute for lack of physical space.
We are growing and we want to do more to the community offering them real opportunities to upskill and get into work.
We are open to talk to production companies who struggle to find skilled underrepresented crew simply for not knowing where they are. Please, get in touch. post.maysa@gmail.com
