• Worked as development producer (pre-production), archive producer and shoot producer on a very sensitive and contentious film about the UK Southport Riots. • I also acted as Producer for much of the project due to team illnessMy responsibilities included:• Finding all contributors, including individuals jailed for their part in the riots. This included persuading them to meet, travelling alone across the UK to interview them and persuading them to discuss their views on camera • writing detailed research briefs and questions • running a three-day production across four cities • finding locations and working as archive producer to source appropriate visual material such as archive footage and UGC of the riots • leading complex fact checking in which I was able to mitigate serious fact finding issues • overseeing the edit process until TX
