Has anyone filmed in EU countries since the brexit non-deal went through? Trying to quote and plan for jobs and looking for clarity on:
Carnet. It is not clear whether a Carnet is needed or a temporary export form will do. All the advice online says you can choose to use a carnet... but obviously the fees are regressive when it gets to security bonds.
Work Permits. Is this country-by-country?

We have been issuing carnet details to productions shooting in the EU with our camera, lighting and audio equipment . From what I gather, a lot of productions are deciding to go with a Carnet over a temp export form.
