Just a quick, and first time post, to say hi.
I am a drone pilot, drone trainer and flight assessor with over 400 hours of experience in the commercial world. I originally got my GVC licence specifically so I could fly for David Attenborough and other wild life programme makers or for the Grand Design's team...or any production company in TV...but I got severely sidetracked and ended up with a regular salried role as an inspections and surveys kind of pilot...telecoms masts, bridges, gas pipe lines, solar farms and thermal roof inspections. The slow and precision kind of flying.
Well, I am retired now and I don't need the salary and like that I can get paid to fly a few days of the month, which is what I do - still in the industrial/commercial side of flying....but I want to get a chance to work with a TV or film crew.
