💬 Whether I’m hiring or being hired, one thing matters more than most: feedback.
🕒 If someone takes time to interview, pitch, or explore an opportunity — they’ve invested time, energy, and often hope.
If it’s a no? That’s okay.
But say something.
✅ Share what stood out
✅ Be honest about gaps
✅ Offer a kind word or constructive thought
I always try to do this when I’m the one hiring.
And when I’m the one pitching or interviewing? I really value it in return.
🤝 It’s about basic respect.
🧠 It helps people grow.
🪪 It reflects on your brand.
💥 And let’s face it — it takes 2 minutes to write.
No one deserves to be left in the dark.
Let’s make feedback a standard, not a bonus.
Let’s normalise not ghosting.
