@The Talent Manager I've seen jobs advertised on social media with email addresses not associated with a company, such as Hotmail & Gmail, which doesn't give me a professional image of the recruiters.

@SerenaFyvie that’s the worst of the worst! And it’s bad enough that closed groups are being used without the added lack of transparency around who the company is

@The Talent Manager - Done a lot of things in my time, learnt the basics from the bottom up to as far as possible. Watched improvements to better provisions in the work place, hard fought for, go by the wayside in the name of better life balance and flexibility to work anywhere. Where's the investment in the future?
