I find the app very difficult to use. Can anyone explain how to add a job to my profile?
The website has stopped working on my laptop so totally stuck.

@BrigitteScheffer Hi Brigitte. Are you using the app on an iPhone or Android device? Also, do you have the latest version? If you have automatic updates set on your device, it should just do that automatically whenever we make an update. I've just tested it on iPhone and it's working as it should (it's the same as the desktop). In terms of the desktop version not working, can you let me know what browser you're using? Many thanks

@MattWilliams Thank you. I have reinstalled the app and it has an Add icon so that’s better! I’m on an IPhone.
On my laptop I’m on Microsoft Edge 10. It stopped working a few weeks ago. Very annoying. Any suggestions?
@BrigitteScheffer Our development team are currently working on fixing this issue, they are close to getting a solution but may take another few days hopefully by next week this should all be sorted!. At the moment it seems safari is the best browser to use. Many thanks

@ValentinaAlija hi do you know when they will fix it? The website is way superior to the app. It’s a real drag typing on a mobile phone and I’m missing out so much.
