🚨 Exciting news from me: Introducing Thames Valley Studio! 🚨
I’m thrilled to share that I’ve taken over the studio formerly known as Fleetwood TV and Film Studio, alongside my friend and business partner Lloyd Cook. Now rebranded as Thames Valley Studio, this space has been a creative home for #filmmakers , #broadcasters , and #contentcreators for over 20 years and we’re bringing fresh energy and a new vision to its next chapter.
For those I haven’t worked with in a while… hello! I’m a television director whose work includes Strictly Come Dancing, Love Island, The Traitors and a returning Apple TV+ series. Lloyd is a Director of Photography who has collaborated with top brands such as Starbucks, LEGO, and Nike. We’ve also been best friends for years, which definitely helps with the working day!
I fell in love with the space while working on the latest series of 90 Day Fiancé UK; filming interviews with couples featured on the programme. When we found out the business was actually for sale, Lloyd and I realised the opportunity was too good to miss and we’ve gone full steam ahead with this venture! Since acquiring the studio we’ve invested time and care into refurbishing it, giving it a new lease of life and creating a welcoming environment for all kinds of creative projects.
Located just off the M4, only 10 minutes from Reading, Thames Valley Studio offers a versatile, fully equipped #productionstudio for film, TV, music videos and livestream productions. We have a white infinity cove, blackout studio and green screen all available; as well as a selection of Colouramas ready to go! So if you’re a #productioncompany or business in the Thames Valley area, we would love to host your next shoot!
Over the years, the studio has hosted top productions including 90 Day Fiancé UK (Discovery+), Geordie Shore (MTV), Tom Kerridge: Secrets of the Pub Kitchen (Food Network), Comic Relief with Lenny Henry (BBC One) and Queens That Changed The World (Channel 4).
