Excited I get to talk about this now! I was invited up to London for an exclusive screening of the first episode of Walking with Dinosaurs last Wednesday.

The event featured a panel with the creators of the series Andrew Cohen, Helen Thomas and Kirsty Wilson. Who have also co-authored the companion book: Walking with Dinosaurs: Uncovering the Secrets of Prehistoric Life.

The passion and work that has gone into the series is second to none! It was great to hear behind-the-scenes insights into the development of the series. Having seen the first episode three times now, the episode brings palaeontology fully to life. Showcasing the latest excavations, research and scientific data.

The science communication in this series is so well done. Make sure to check out the whole series on iPlayer! Congratulations to everyone involved in the Walking with Dinosaurs series!

I'll be reviewing the series and the companion book over the coming weeks. I have watched the first three episodes so far and am looking forward to the remaining episodes!

I will be updating the WWD series hub on my website over the coming weeks: https://james-ronan.co.uk/walking-with-dinosaurs-2025-series-hub/
