So.. Ncuti Gatwa is out of Doctor who.
And the show is on a pause.. or Hiatus.
This has marked super long pauses in the past.
I just hope that someone can get this once great show back on track.
In my opinion getting Joe Gilgun into the role is the best place to start (Preacher/Misfits/Brassic).
It would add a bit of depth, swagger.. and genuine comic timing to the show.
And it just needs to be entertaining above all else.
No agenda.. no message.. just a lot of fun.
It’s quite a headline for the tabloids to have gone with if there wasn’t at least a semi credible source behind it.
But also papers have been known to print fiction. If there had been a regeneration scene filmed.. it would be one spoiler that the BBC would have been wanting to stay quiet ahead of the season 2 finale on Saturday.
So I guess it’s will be clearer then.
