This project was very important for the Mashed team. We had to keep it at or under budget, but it was also a tent pole release! My role was to keep the project moving forward, and make sure we stayed in budget. I had recently developed some tools on Google Sheets and Airtable to make this easier, and this project was the first one for me to implement these tools from start to finish. As a result, we stayed under budget and on time. It was also just a great toon, and I was so excited to see it was nominated for a Tellycast!
