Hi I'm thrilled to announce that my new feature documentary, #ReefBuilders , is now available exclusively on #AmazonPrime .
Directly or indirectly, coral reefs are vital to the livelihoods, food resources, and protection of a billion people worldwide. However, the loss of our coral reefs is projected to be near total within the next fifteen years. #ReefBuilders tells the inspiring story of a remarkable innovation that might turn the tide on this devastating loss. This isn't just a tale of scientists parachuting in to save the world; it's about small island communities banding together to change their own reefs.
The struggle is real, and the battle to save our reefs is being fought on many fronts. With this innovation, the dedication of a small group of marine scientists led by Professor David Smith, and the hard work of thousands of island communities, we might make a difference.
Filmed on location with local communities in Kenya, Hawai'i, Australia and Sulawesi.
