Ok I've waited a week to ask this. I have heard lots of reasons why I have not been selected for the next stage of recruitment recently. I'm not sure what this statement means.
"This decision was based on a holistic evaluation of how candidates align with the specific needs and priorities of the role at this time."
I have researched what "Holistic recruitment" is and it's basically will they fit in the office, do they align with our goals, and looking past the CV. Now, it's every companies right to do this, but how do you do that (look past the CV) when you just look at the CV. You cannot gauge what i'm like past the CV, without interviewing me, or talking to me. Without that you literally are just assessing my CV.
Is it just more "office speak" to not say that "we went with someone else"? I'm 50 years of age, I've probably been rejected for more jobs than I've had meals, and yes I am AuDHD but I just don't get it.
