Forward thinking recruiters use (can use) the TM's diversity reporting tools to monitor the socio-economic make-up of their talent networks (IE people they are tracking & interested in hiring etc) as well as their actual productions. This way they are better informed to address their specific (production, company) under-representation and take responsibility for addressing it - rather than just shrugging their shoulders and seeing it as an 'industry problem'. .
