Is Talent Manager doing anything about flipping Facebook arbitrarily removing any posts with a link to TM profiles? Just had one taken down on my personal FB profile, which is v. annoying
@AdamHarvey BFE Essentially, Facebook periodically restricts widely shared content to drive advertising spend. Unlike professional recruitment platforms, Facebook lacks compliance with HR and GDPR standards, and it doesn't offer essential features for managing applications, evaluating skills, or verifying professional credentials.

A lot of people in our industry seem to forget that Facebook is one of the biggest, richest, most rapacious businesses in history. Everything it does it about maximising profit. Facebook’s business is based on ruthlessly mining, manipulating and monetising individuals’
personal data. (It’s the old digital adage: if it’s free, then you’re the product.) Anyone who thinks Facebook is ‘free’ should read Shoshana Zuboff’s The Age of Surveillance Capitalism .

@SarahLee I know what Facebook is & what it stands for, but the fact remains I have had more work via (relevant) postings there than I have ever had here. Being able to post a link to my profile is simply a convenient way of giving PMs a way to access my CV.
