@TomDix these discussions are so important and definitely need to be had and aired! Will have a listen ☺️ MAMA Youth Project are doing a lot for diversity and inclusion within the industry, and I’m currently on a placement for Disabled Talent at Whisper, which is off the back of Sony’s Creative Diversity Fund. There’s definitely steps being made; but we all have to help to share in the lessons and make the changes.
