In the current climate where ghosting seems to have got worse, i just wanted to give a shout out to Fulwell73 who, despite what must have been an inundation of applications for a recent job advert, have bothered to get back, albeit with a 'not this time'. Feedback is not so important to me at this stage in my career, but an acknowledgment of an application made still matters enormously, so well done Fulwell73 for promoting and living better working practice.
