Last year I had the privilege of working on Paramedics on Scene! It’s finally time for it to hit our screens next Sunday at 9pm on BBC Scotland.
At its heart are the amazing medics and doctors from the Scottish Ambulance Service. This series takes you to all corners of Scotland, whether we are travelling with medics on their fixed-wing aircraft to the Isle of Barra, or on a helicopter racing to a motorbike accident in the Highlands or even joining an ambulance crew who have to deal with a stabbing in Glasgow. The stories are dramatic, emotional and compelling and give a unique insight into modern Scotland and the challenges facing the paramedics.
Paramedics is a show close to my heart as for the past few years I’ve been involved in the initial set up of each series. This year I had the honour of covering for the series producer for a while and also edit produced 3 episodes! Please do tune in :)
