Would love to pick anyone's brain, I have been a production accountant for 2 years but worked in previous production companies in general finance and supervisory roles.
I would like to work ideally towards an LP or one day PE role, I have previous experience managing budgets and have really strong communication skills.
I would be open to working hybrid roles to gain experience I just wondered if anyone out there has made the transition or general advice / courses that could get me experience I need.
