I had a flurry of profile views from various companies yesterday but no full views and no CV downloads. Any advice on what I am doing wrong and how to lure potential employers in to investigate me further?

@BarneyNewman It's so hard to say. You have an incredible CV with really wide ranging experience. Plus fantastic references. The only thing I could suggest is you try changing around some of your top four credits. ( Which appear on what we call your 'condensed profile' view.)

Same! I've had to limit how much I'm checking TM now because it became an obsession all day every day getting excited on every CV download and thinking this is it!!
