As a programme-maker,do u feel u have been - or would be - supported by your prod company or the broadcaster during a time of loss be it in pregnancy or bereavement in general?

@SarahLee It's much needed and sets a great example. We would love to see it rolled out across all Broadcasters and Production Companies. However, we need to extend this kind of support to Freelancers as well though. It’s not just staffers who go through these traumatic and heartbreaking losses.
