So, Friday I messaged all my TV friends to see if they had work or knew of any going. Saturday, I gave up, I did a FB and LinkedIn post stating that after 10 years I would probably have to say goodbye to TV and get work somewhere else as I am down to my last £150 after my rent, and I am going to be evicted.

Saturday evening one of those friends got back to me, and talked about what they are going through and how the talk is that the industry is picking up again and he then said this to me.

“Please stay positive. (And if you have to get another job - just to keep afloat, then do what u must as a cheeky filler). I feel this drought in work will mean people leaving - which would be a massive shame to lose someone has hard working and dedicated as you bro. Stay strong bro.”
