We’ve added an extra £500,000 to our existing budget, so we can help support more UK film, TV and cinema workers in urgent financial need! 🙌
Over the summer we’ve seen an 800% increase in applications for our stop gap grants, showing that current economic factors are really impacting the finances of people in our industry. 📈
Our recent research shows that 46% of those surveyed have less than £1K in savings and 50% aren’t contributing to a pension, making it crucial that we’re able to give urgent financial support to people those struggling in film, TV, and cinema. 📉
The half a million-pound additional budget, along with other donations from major supporters, means that over the coming months we can help more hardworking, talented people in film, TV and cinema to get through these tough times! 🤝
