Michelle is a BAFTA nominated, Broadcast & Rose D'or award winning, Executive Producer with over 20 years experience in the industry. Starting her career in TV answering phones on the live, Saturday morning kids show 'Live & Kicking', Michelle knew she wanted to work in the TV entertainment genre - eventually exec-ing on uber successful programmes 'Pointless' and 'Million Pound Drop', shows that she took from development through to series.
