Should the message section of a talent manager job application be treated just like a cover letter, or is it not necessary to fill in?

HI Nicola,The “Add a message” section is basically like a Cover letter. I would recommend filling that out.

Hi Valentina, Thanks for this info, it's very reassuring. Thankfully I have been treating it like a cover letter, but today began to doubt myself after applying for a number of positions lately and hearing nothing. I'll keep on pushing. Thanks for your help x
