Just wondering what the chances of getting back into TV after a rather long hiatus are?? I was a researcher between 2000-2006 before re-training as a Veterinary Nurse but would really love to get back into broadcast media. I’m aware this might be rather difficult but if anyone has managed it I’d love to hear!

This might seem a bit obvious but maybe hit up the companies that do animal and vet-based shows. I'm sure they would be really excited about your experience and see the value in it as long as you don't mind starting around the level you left. If you are more mature you climb the ladder quicker as you have people's trust so it wouldn't take long to use that as a springboard.
