I returned to the Channel 5 'Motorway Cops: Catching Britain's Speeders' series as the compliance producer after previously working as the assistant producer and researcher dating right back to the pilot! My role involved coordinating communication between Cheshire police; local crown and magistrates' courts; the archive team and the edits. I had to be across the legal updates of each case filmed in order to present each episode to both our in-house and channel lawyers for sign off. The role has developed my knowledge of broadcast compliance, as well as the wider legal system. I have had to keep across stories from first cut right through to online which has furthered my knowledge of the edit process - an area I would like to continue to gain experience in.

As with all the other Purple programmes I have worked on, the team have been a joy to work with and I shout about the company from the rooftops. It has been, and continues to be, such a supportive environment and somewhere you can truly grow and gain confidence.
