This week I had the pleasure of spending 24 hours in Brussels, producing and shooting an exclusive interview between Andrew Marr and Jean-Claude Juncker, the former President of the European Commission. I had such a great time working on this project alongside some brilliant colleagues, and I felt the privilege of being in the room to hear such a fascinating conversation.
It was a huge get for LBC, and a highly time sensitive shoot involving many moving parts, but thanks to lots of hard work by a great team (and an efficient Eurostar) everything came together as planned. It's always a pleasure to work with Andrew Marr and his team, and I was even back in the office in time to see it play out!
Working in video sometimes involves less than glamorous tasks, from carrying kit that weights as much as you do, to displacing all the furniture in somebody's office to get the best camera angle. However, it's always worth it when you see your hard work on screen!
