Now available, Purpose Built Tracking/Camera car.
This tracking car provides a versatile camera platform, allowing the camera operator to be safely seated and still operate a camera, which can be mounted in multiple ways. Due to the open design, a greater range of panning is achievable vs the usual camera mounted in a split tailgate SUV, the camera can also be mounted lower.
It is quick to set up, just transfer a tripod head onto the industry standard, “Romford Baker bowl” and attach a camera. Various jibs and booms are also supported, giving increased shot flexibility.
It was purposely built for camera work and was acquired by Mike Brewer and Wheeler Dealers for a number of years as well as being used on lots of other productions.
Recently it has had a refresh, which includes new in-car intercom, headsets, and a 2-way radio system ensuring hands-free communication between camera operator, camera car driver, director and hero car driver. Rear 12v power, heated blanket, and LED lights. Fully road legal, with recent MOT and Insurance for TV Production usage.
The cost-effective, budget-friendly, basic package includes a driver with a wealth of tracking experience. Long-term hire rates are available.
We can also provide Sony FS7 Mk2 shooting kit with or without an operator for additional cost.
Located in Oxfordshire but happy to travel to wherever is required.
