Here's A Multi-language Youtube Commercial that I edited last year for a Digital Marketing Agency. As a starting point, I was given the script and voiceovers in various languages. It was up to me to create the visual composition and so I opted to go with comprising a series of relevant stock footage clips that best represented the message. It was cut in Avid Media Composer, and the captions done in Premiere Pro.
