Editing is about respect. Respect for the team, footage and the subject. For ‘Business As Unusual’ eight businesses allowed us into their trade and private lives. Their stories needed care, as much as the audience needed entertainment.

It all begins with an idea.

Operating as the Lead Editor and edit producer, I was handed the reins on this complex production. With the initial shoots having been completed: I first had to identify the arcs and tangents that would carry the narrative forward. From here, I coordinated with production. I produced scripts, storyboards, and location scout reports, to ensure preparation for the final edit. Laying the foundations to ensure a complete and well rounded narrative.
