I'm elated to announce that The Birdcarver has been chosen to be part of Wildscreen's Oficial Selection 2022.
It's an honor that the documentary that I directed will be screened alongside amazing work from the BBC, National Geographic, Silverback Films, Netflix and especially alongside Lawrence Wahba's film, one of the pioneers of wildlife filmmaking in Brazil.
So a huge and humble thank you to the folks over at Wildscreen ( Wildscreen Festival) and Cristian Dimitrius and João Paulo Krajewski, who are a constant inspiration for any Brazilian wildlife filmmaker.
