Since The Talent Manager team have kindly highlighted The Fringe, Fame & Me for everyone to watch, I thought you might like to hear a bit about the team who made it.

I have a lot of experience producing programmes about the Edinburgh festivals, so I jumped at the chance to work with all the amazing people who perform there and also behind the scenes. I’ve worked with @BiancaBarker several times, she always provides no nonsense support and encouragement. @EricHaynes directed us all the way through, working closely with me to help keep all those story plates spinning. I have to make a special mention of our @RobbieMcLean - she came on as a trainee, but you would think she’s worked in our industry for years. She’s clever, mature, instinctive and hard working. I know she was essential to Eric with facts and information in the edit and with what she learned about archive. As always, Karen Craig steered the ship with her expertise in managing projects, people and everything else including the kitchen sink! There were many more people involved in making this happen, it was a true team effort.

The best thing of all was meeting people I’ve loved seeing in Edinburgh - Eddie Izzard, Alexei Sayle, Emma Thompson (ok I was three when she performed there but you know what I mean), Rose Matafeo, Nish Kumar, Francesca Moody, Maisie Adam and many more! The whole team at Oxford Films Scotland pulled together to create a masterpiece I hope everyone enjoys.
