The #Editing schemes seeks those with technical editing skills who want to step up to the role of #AssistantEditor in documentary
And the #ProductionManagement scheme is for those from outside the industry who have the #TransferableSkills to make it in documentary production management roles. Communication, organisation and creative problem-solving skills are key!
Both schemes are for UK-based people aged 18+ (with no upper age limit)
