I was invited through the recognition of my work within the media and online cooking classes, along with my husband Reg. It was my second visit and I felt very privileged. I was in awe of the food supplied - ice cream, delicious sandwiches and tarts. The lemon and passion fruit mini tart was my favourite! It was a very memorable day blessed with sunshine.
I even got to meet Prue Leith from GBBBO! She was lovely. What a great day!
