Our MD Jane Callaghan is retiring this autumn after 20 years at The Trust.
During her time, the organisation has grown from a small awards ceremony to one with 18 categories, and she has overseen the development of the Grierson DocLab training arm of the organisation for the last 10 years.
We are now recruiting her replacement. The role is full-time, permanent, UK-based (but remote and flexible) with flexible hours.
This is a fabulous job for someone who’s passionate about factual TV and documentaries, who wants to see the industry diversify and thrive and who has the skills to lead a dedicated team.
