Hi there, I’m a freelance Assistant/Assembly Editor with 15 years experience in TV drama but I’ve never got the break in stepping up to edit and as I have a 3 year old child I worry that it will still be a number of years before I can unless I can job share. You mentioned that job sharers need to have same level of experience but how about an experienced Editor job sharing with an Assembly Editor like myself?

I would have relished job share as a young mum, now Im 50 and just a year into working in telly/film I would love a job share in art dept - I don't want to climb the career ladder - I just want to work using my creative skills as a Graphic Designer or Set Dec / Props / Standby Art Director.
