@SarahLee Our ambition for The Time Project is that it becomes an industry-wide tool to address the issues above. The work referenced in this report is just the start. We want to address the barriers to parity maintained by the long hours culture. No more buyout contracts, no more expectation of a 60-hour plus week. Using The Time Project will improve transparency and make the industry fairer for everyone working within it.

@SarahLee If you are working in TV or Film (all genres) the best thing you can do to help is add your anonymous data so we can build the case for change and show where the problems are in more and more granular detail.
