Role Summary

We are looking for highly organised and editorially minded Forward Planning APs to support a premium documentary series filming in London.

Working closely with the Series Producer, Shooting PDs and production team, you will help identify story opportunities, find contributors and locations, coordinate access, prepare filming briefs and ensure crews are equipped with the information they need to maximise every shoot.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and develop story opportunities.
• Set up shoots / Find locations
• Coordinate contributor access and filming logistics.
• Prepare detailed editorial briefs for filming teams.
• Support story meetings and editorial planning.
• Liaise with field teams, contributors and production.
