    About the Role
    We’re looking for a versatile, organised Production and Operations Manager to join our
    in-house Production Management and Operations team, to support on delivering across
    Particle6’s growing slate of productions.
    This is a hands-on senior role for someone comfortable running budgets, schedules and
    resourcing across multiple projects and teams at once. You’ll operate at the intersection of
    production and business operations, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently while helping
    scale the systems and processes that support them.

    You will manage projects end-to-end—from development through to delivery—across
    broadcast, commercial and R&D work. Alongside delivery, you’ll play a key role in shaping how
    production operates at Particle6, including evolving workflows that incorporate AI-driven tools
    and pipelines.

    This role suits someone with 5+ years’ production and operations experience. We are
    specifically looking for someone that has worked in animation, VFX, or post-production.
    You’ll be confident working cross-functionally, bringing clarity and structure to fast-moving,
    multidisciplinary teams.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    Production Leadership & Collaboration:
    Work as part of a production team to deliver projects from development through to
    post, ensuring high creative standards, on-time delivery, and budget control. Work
    closely with editorial, production, post and AI teams to align production priorities.

    Team Mentorship & Support:
    Manage and mentor Production Coordinators and Assistants, taking responsibility for
    their day-to-day direction and helping to build a strong, scalable production team.

    Processes & compliance:
    Collaborate with other PMs and leadership to support day-to-day operations, helping
    build consistent, structured and clear processes. Support responsible and compliant
    use of AI tools, including alignment with legal, ethical, and client requirements.

    Scheduling, Resourcing & Budgets:
    Manage schedules, staffing and budgets across multiple projects, proactively tracking
    costs, identifying risks, and optimising resources.

    AI & Workflow Development:
    Help integrate AI tools and automations into production and operational pipelines,
    identifying opportunities to improve efficiency while ensuring workflows are robust,
    transparent and compliant.

    External Partnerships:
    Coordinate freelancers, suppliers and partners as part of the wider production effort.

    Process Improvement:
    Continuously refine workflows and systems in collaboration with the production team
    and leadership, particularly as AI capabilities evolve

    Internal Operations: Manage day-to-day internal operational responsibilities
    including HR processes, accounts coordination, and insurance, working
    alongside leadership to keep the business running smoothly.

    What We’re Looking For

    - 2 to 5 years of experience in production management, with 5 to 10 years of total
    industry experience, Specific experience in animation, VFX, post-production.
    - Strong track record managing budgets, schedules and multi-project delivery and
    an understanding of end-to-end production workflows.
    - Excellent with numbers and spreadsheets. You’ll need a proven track record of
    handling complex figures, data tracking, and detailed budget management
    without breaking a sweat.
    - Confident working collaboratively within a production team and alongside senior
    stakeholders.
    - Experience taking responsibility for compliance across productions, with
    confidence navigating legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements. An
    understanding of how these apply to AI-generated content and workflows is a
    plus, though we are happy to support the right candidate in building this
    knowledge.
    - Strong interest in AI-powered production and evolving creative pipelines, having
    experimented with tools such as Claude.
    - Familiarity with Asana, Google Workspace, or similar project management
    platforms
    - Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure, able to balance strategic
    thinking with hands-on delivery.
    - London-based or able to work in a hybrid setup.

    Desirable
    - Experience working on 100% AI-generated content productions
    - Expert working knowledge of AI content generation tools and workflows, operating at
    the frontier of what the tools can currently produce
    - Experience working within a small, growing production company where responsibilities
    span multiple functions
    - A genuine love for numbers and maths. You possess a sharp analytical mindset and
    naturally thrive when working with data-driven problem-solving
