Live Producer

  • Description

We are looking for a sharp, high-energy Live Producer to take the reins of our weekly live Game show. This is a fast-paced, digital-first format where entertainment meets real-time interactivity. We need someone who thrives in a live gallery environment and knows how to keep a show running smoothly while keeping the energy high.

    The Role
As the Producer, you will be the heartbeat of our Friday night broadcasts. You’ll be responsible for the "live" experience - managing the flow of the game, overseeing the stream, and ensuring our talent and tech are perfectly synced for a seamless audience experience.

    Key Responsibilities:
+ Live Gallery Management: Lead the gallery during live broadcasts, calling cues and managing the technical flow of the show.
+ Streaming Oversight: Ensure the stability and quality of the stream across digital platforms.
+ Format Execution: Drive the gameplay, managing quiz segments, gameshow mechanics, and real-time audience interaction.
+ Talent Direction: Support and cue our hosts to maintain pace, humor, and engagement throughout the evening.
+ Pre-Show Prep: Briefing the crew, checking assets/graphics, and ensuring all "prizes" and game mechanics are ready to roll.

    We’re looking for someone who:
+ Lives for Live: You have proven experience in live broadcast or streaming environments (YouTube, Twitch, or professional broadcast).
+ Small Gallery Expert: You are comfortable working in tight, agile gallery setups where you might wear a few hats.
+ Gameshow Instincts: You understand the "beat" of a gameshow - you know when to build tension and when to let a joke land.
+ Tech Savvy: You have a solid grasp of streaming software (e.g., vMix, OBS, or similar) and interactive gaming tools.
+ Cool Under Pressure: When things go wrong (and in live, they do), you are the calmest person in the room.

    Details & Availability:
+ Schedule: Every Friday evening for the remainder of the year.
    + Location: Central London.
+ Start Date: Briefing to begin at the end of May with shows to begin late June.

To apply: Please send over your CV and a brief cover letter highlighting your live/streaming experience, along with your typical half day rate.
