About Us

Flipbook are a multi-disciplinary, creative, production studio with Animation, VFX and Film at our core. Based in Manchester, our team works with an international client base, embracing artistic excellence, technical ingenuity, innovation, creativity, and collaboration. The studio works across Broadcast TV, Film, Video Games, Immersive Technology, Digital and Experiential campaigns. With numerous creative awards under our belt including an RTS award for VFX, a British Animation Award for best short film, an Annie nomination and an Oscar shortlisting, we’re proud of our team, our roots and our achievements.

Our team is arranged such so that we can undertake everything a film requires, except for sound design, where we rely on trusted external partners. Concepting, storyboarding, character/environment design, creature and character animation (2D & 3D), lighting, shading, visual effects development, live action shoots, compositing, editing and grading can all be handled internally in our studio.
