This case study identifies how brands can create comfort in a world of uncertainty, in helping new parents make easy, quick decisions, leaving them to concentrate on the more complicated parts of being a new mum or dad.

3. Walking in Their Shoes: Understanding the Lives of Young Adults with Long-Term Conditions: Day in the Life of David
A case study from 'Walking in Their Shoes: Understanding the Lives of Young Adults with Long-Term Conditions', for NHS Kidney Care. This project investigates life as a young person with kidney disease. It goes beyond the clinical setting, exploring everyday challenges, and identifies where young people require more support.
