I am looking to fill an Associate Producer or Casting Producer/Associate position. Some of my duties include:-Researching and booking guests/talent for weekly shows
-Pre-interviewing guests for weekly shows
-Building/compiling "blue cards" and weekly show book for main hosts' use on stage during weekly shows/stand-alone segments
-Organizing and coordinating field shoots
-Booking weekly "Word of the Day" giveaways for audience and viewer giveaways (typically $30,000 worth of products)
-Compiling all stills/GFX for stage
-Coordinating all guest travel/accommodations
-Following up on all guests' stories and progress
-Responsible for obtaining all releases for used images and videos
-Researching and pitching topics for seven segment weekly showsI also have experience as an Executive Assistant as well as a Researcher and a Talent Assistant on a previous shows (FOX pilot called You The Jury and multiple BRAVO shows). I excel at picking up new skills and working with a team.
